Payments and withdrawals at SherLuck

How withdrawals work
A withdrawal starts at €50 and can reach €10,000 per request. The terms promise processing within 3 business days. VIP rules set a faster target that shortens from 24 hours to 1 hour as you climb. Each deposit should be wagered 3 times before you withdraw it, otherwise a processing fee may apply. Large wins above the monthly limit are paid in monthly instalments. An account left unused for 12 months is charged €10 a month.
The VIP table sets a maximum withdrawal limit for every level, from €7,000 at Bronze to €30,000 at Obsidian. Third party payments are not accepted. The internal operating currency is the euro, so exchange differences can appear when you pay in another currency.
Accepted currencies
Section 5 of the terms lists 13 account currencies: EUR, CHF, CAD, USD, PLN, DKK, HUF, CZK, BGN, NOK, NZD, AUD and BDT. The tested market offered EUR and USD, and this page quotes every amount in euro.
Verification before the first withdrawal
You do not need to verify your identity to play. The Verification page says "No verification needed" until a withdrawal is requested, lifetime deposits pass €2,000 or the account shows unusual activity. Then SherLuck asks for a government photo ID, front and back, a selfie holding that ID and a proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill. Documents must stay valid for at least 3 more months. Send everything within 14 days of the request, because the terms allow winnings to be withheld after that deadline.
Bonuses, cashback and the VIP ladder

After the free spin, the Hades Wheel offers one paid spin, priced on its button and paid from real cash only, with no refunds. You need at least one lifetime deposit to play either wheel. Wheel prizes carry a x35 wager and convert to at most 5 times the bonus, and the sectors do not have equal probability.
Rules that apply to every bonus
Wagering is counted on the deposit plus the bonus. Slots count 100%, Buy Feature rounds 50%, live roulette and live blackjack 10%, crash, casual and mines games 5%. Card games, virtual sports, lottery, scratch cards, craps, poker, video poker, fishing and game shows count 0%. The maximum bet while wagering is €5, and a bonus usually lasts 7 days. Real money is used before bonus money, and only one bonus can run at a time.

The 17 VIP levels
The VIP Program has 17 levels in five groups: Bronze 1 to 4, Silver 1 to 4, Gold 1 to 4, Platinum 1 to 4 and Obsidian.
